How do I post in the feed?

Use the create post box with text, image, and category.

Discussion, Achievement, or Event.

Can I follow other users?

Yes — profiles support follow/unfollow and you get their public posts.

How do organizations work on Townhall?

Organizations have profiles, KYC verification, members, events, and followers.

How do I follow an organization?

Open the organization page and tap Follow.

Can I create an organization?

Yes — from the onboarding flow, with KYC document uploads.

What is a user profile?

Your public page with username, bio, events, posts, and followers.

How do I edit my profile?

Open your profile page and update details.

Can I chat with other users?

Yes — chats are supported between users and within communities.

What notifications do I get?

Event reminders, registration updates, team invites, and follows — configurable in preferences.

Can I turn off notifications?

Yes — notification preferences are configurable from your profile settings.

What is "My Community"?

Your community hub: overview, events, members, and saved items.

Can I save posts?

Yes — bookmark posts to find them later from your saved list.

Are posts public?

Posts are visible to the community; your private activity stays in your dashboard.

How do I report a post?

Use the report option on the post, or email support@townhall.host.

Can I delete my post?

Yes — you can delete your own posts anytime.

What is the leaderboard?

A ranking of top builders/users based on platform activity.

How do I find communities?

Browse organizations and use AI search to find relevant communities.

Can I make my profile private?

Your email and phone are never shown publicly; the profile itself is public by design.
